Design Inspiration
I wanted a sweet, modern girl's nursery that could easily transition as she got older.
Decorating Style
Modern with a touch of vintage. A mix of Etsy, DIY and thrifted elements.

The mirror is lovely. I like the subtle colors you used in the room. I also like the frames on the wall, although I would have added more.
beautiful nursery! I love all the little etsy details (love etsy!) You did such an amazing job!
So cute! Love the octopus print!
I love Lucy’s room. I ran across this on Pinterest and just had to comment b/c my daughter’s name is Lucy James!! =) When is her birthday?! My little girl’s is July 12th!
Robin,
Her birthday is July 19th :) Lucy James is a beautiful name, isn’t it?
Love this room. Where are the owl figurines from?
The white ones on the bookshelf are from Hallmark, the teal one is a bank from Urban Outfitters and the little cream one with gold eyes is a vintage perfume container from my grandmother.
Hi! I love Lucy’s nursery! I was wondering how you like your rocker and ottoman?
LOVE this room!
I do like the rocker and ottoman. Very comfortable and the covers for both are removeable if we needed to toss them in the wash. The only downside is that on the carpet the chair seems to slide back as I rock and after a while it hits the wall. I have a spot on the wall where the glider rubbed against and wore off the paint.
Love this room!!
did you make the lucy james art?
Yup. Just cut the letter out of scrapbook paper.
