Girl Nursery – Blue Pink and Silver

The project was for a little girls nursery.

Design Inspiration

The initial inspiration was from the bedding website Carousel Design, Ritz Baby collection. I also used another project nursery I saw as a basis of some of the décor and then asked for advice from one of my co-workers.

Decorating Style

I don't typically have my own style or a niche for decorating but this was the most fun project I have worked on in our house. I'm not a big fan of grey so I took the grey and turned it into silver and mirrors which I think was the perfect touch. I didn't want to go overboard with pink so the blue was a nice highlight to offset the pink.

Favorite Items

My favorite part of the room is the entire thing! I wish it was my room.

Advice

Shop around and go to discount stores. No reason to spend lots of money on accessories
