Design Inspiration

I was inspired by American nursery styles and their 4 in 1 convertible cribs which are impossible to find in Spain.

Decorating Style

A would define this nursery like a mix of classic and shabby chic style with a lot of my own imagination.

Changing Dresser: DIY Project: It´s a second hand antique dresser, Louis XV style, which I painted with chalk paint.

Favorite Items

I love all the items of this nursery because I have chosen every single one of them very carefully; but, maybe the antique wooden crib that we bought in one of our trips to England is the most special for me. I wasn´t even pregnant when we decided to buy it and I fell for the crib at the very moment I saw it.

Advice

Don´t give up with your ideas. Some items were really difficult for me to find in Spain or to be able to deliver in Spain, but at the end I managed to find out what I wanted.

You can also use some furniture or ornaments you already have just making some DIY (like the wardrobe or the lamp) or buy some antiques or second hand furniture and make  a little makeover more according with your style (like the changing dresser).
