the trick was turning our tiny (6 x 10) guest room/my closet into a unique little space for baby that incorporated elements that his dad & i both wanted.
I love this nursery! My husband collects records and is really into the Rock N Roll and Punk Rock scene. I love how you incorporated it into the baby room. We are all about the modern look and stripes too. You have given me some more inspiration to complete the baby room. Thank you

I am so inspired by this post, thank you for sharing! We are turning a similarly tiny (10×7) room into a gender-neutral, yellow and gray nursery for our August baby. You have made me feel much better about what can fit in a small space!

I absolutely love this room! I also have a smaller space for our upcoming baby and this design makes for a room that everyone would love to sit in with your baby.

I love what you did with this room. My favorites are the rug, houndstooth chair, and vintage dresser. I’m shocked the dresser sat in the window for months. I definitely would’ve snatched it up :) Great job and congratulations!

liz – when i started, i thought there was no way i could fit everything in such a small space, but it ended up being the perfect size. the ottoman doubles as a toy box, there are baskets under the crib for blankets and other random things, and my husband made a wooden changing pad tray that fits over the crib and can be hidden away if needed. you can definitely make it work…good luck :)
