Twin Girl Pink & Green Nursery

Description

When we found out we were having twin girls, I couldn't wait to get started on the nursery!

Design Inspiration

My inspiration for the nursery was simple and girly. I knew I would be incorporating a lot of pink accents, and therefore decided to paint the walls green so it wouldn't be too much pink. I also wanted to be able to put the nursery together with different pieces I loved, instead of choosing a theme.

Project Details

The cribs were purchased at Babies R'Us and the rug, dollhouse bookcase, and glider were from Target. The smaller dresser is from Home Decorators and the taller dresser is an antique that we re-painted. The "all you need is love" prints were purchased on etsy from http://www.etsy.com/shop/Tessyla?ref=seller_info. The butterfly wall decals were also purchased on etsy from http://www.etsy.com/shop/smileywalls?ref=pr_shop_more .

Favorite Items

My favorite items are the "all you need is love" prints. That was the theme of our wedding so I loved being able to incorporate it into our twins' nursery.

Advice

stick with a color pallette

Thank you! Sorry it took so long to reply. I just saw your comment. It was actually an old nightstand that we refinished white.

Very pretty and soft colors. The pinks really pop out from the delicate and minty green walls. and the white-colored furniture.

Where did you get the night stand between the two cribs?

Adorable room by the way :)
