Our two year old, Lucy, is in love with The Little Mermaid, so it was only fitting that we throw her a mermaid birthday party! I hate spending money on party decor, so almost everything you see here is homemade! We hired Ariel from Enchanted Events St Louis and little Lucy’s day was completely made!
