Thanks everyone! To backinnewyork, for the underskirt, I just sewed a really big ruffle to a flat piece of material that fit my table top. For the layover, it was 3 yards of pink ticking that I bunched in three places and pinned in place with clothespins, then covered with ribbon. :) Pretty easy for the results!
