I was going for a very classic, traditional, and french-looking nursery for our first sweet baby boy. I wanted to use things that were meaningful in his room for personalized touches.

LOVELY!!! I’ve always told my friends to stay away from classic as it would make the nursery seem old and boring. But I think you have just proved me wrong!

I love that mirror :) I wish I had gone back to Portland and salvaged some of my mom’s stuff before we put the house on sale. I love the giraffe, how much is it? Good job!

What a beautiful room. My daughter is expecting in February 2011 and is interested in this crib. Could you tell me who she could contact for more information.? Thanks!

The crib is the Adele Crib from Restoration Hardware baby and child (rhbabyandchild.com). I must say that I was not pleased at all with the customer service. It was backordered until mid-July, and then it got pushed back 3 more times before I finally received it in mid-September. So be careful ordering backordered items from them–order early! It was worth the wait when it finally came, but caused me much anxiety and stress!

Beautful! This looks like the nursery for twins that I saw in a magazine for Art for kids. It is a classic! I love the Beatrix Potter prints, your wall shelves….and the adorable smocked outfts. That is the way I dress my little one also! Lucky little prince!

This is the most beautiful baby nursery I have ever seen!
More beautiful than the nursery featured in Father of the Bride 2. Really.
