We wanted a calming and cheery elephant nursery for our first daughter. We knew we wanted green walls, regardless of gender and ended up with a great color called Van Allen Green. Then we accented with pinks and purples once we found out the gender of our baby (a girl).

I am an elementary teacher in a suburb of Boston. My husband and I currently live in a small apartment and are welcoming our first child, a baby girl. We hope to move into a new home in the coming year and have more space to decorate and make our own.
