I wanted a calm and soothing room for my daughter to feel comfortable in as she sleeps and plays. I went with a white and beige color pallet to brighten up the space as it does not get a whole lot of light. I combined a few rustic pieces along with touches of gold and glitter to add warmth and sparkle. I am so happy with how it turned out and I hope my daughter will enjoy her space for several years to come.

Love it. Where did you get the white basket on the land of nod wall shelf?

      January 3, 2016

Thanks Tiffany! I actually made the twine-wrapped initials myself using a piece of cardboard from a box I had laying around and twine. I posted a tutorial here:
      http://www.fawnoverbaby.com/2013/04/diy-twine-wrapped-initials.html

I then just hot glued the initials to three pallet boards that were secured together with a board screwed horizontally behind them. Which made for a great hanger too. (hope I explained that well :/)
