We want to thank the wonderful team at Magic Beans in Boston for hosting Project Nursery! The in-store events were so much fun for us to be part of, and it was especially exciting to make our debut in Beantown.
Melisa spent the first evening presenting general trends in nursery design to a group of enthusiastic expecting and new parents. Everyone enjoyed Magic Beans’ hospitality, as they served mocktails and nibbles, and Melisa had the wonderful opportunity to chat with many of the guests individually.
Day two of the weekend was spent in individual breakouts with each expecting couple or parent, helping guide them with their own individual home nurseries. Using Pinterest, Melisa created custom pinboards for each family based on their own personal styles, color preferences, space dimensions and more. The customers were then able to shop the curated Magic Beans collection and get their questions answered directly from the brand representatives of ducduc, Oeuf, Stokke and Monte Design. The team at FLOR also pitched in and did an amazing job to help style each vignette with their ever-so kid-friendly carpet tiles.
We truly had a magical time! Thanks to Magic Beans, we can’t wait to return to Boston.
If you’d like Project Nursery to visit your town, let us know! We’d love to hear if our readers are interested in joining us for live design sessions, presentations and more.
