You’ve Been Egged! A Fun Easter Surprise

While the Easter Bunny does make the rounds at our house, I’m all about teaching my kids to give to others and that holidays aren’t just about receiving gifts. This year I decided to try something new and let my kids get in on the giving! With this fun free printable you can help your kids treat someone to a surprise egg hunt, too.

You can download the free You’ve Been Egged printable. Print, cut it out and add some ribbon or tape and put it on your family’s, friend’s or neighbor’s door. Then have your little ones help hide 12 treat-filled Easter eggs in their yard! Make sure the person you’re surprising is someone who will be okay with that. You’ll also want to ensure the family is home so that the eggs are retrieved quickly to keep the treats safe from the elements and any critters safe from the treats! Ring the doorbell and let the egg hunt begin!
