Sweet Veggie Smoothie Recipe

We love smoothies in our house. My kids love the sweet taste, and I love that they’re getting a hearty dose of raw veggies. This sweet veggie smoothie recipe is loaded with with nutrients and has a delicious taste your whole family will love. Suitable for babies 12 months and up, toddlers, big kids and adults.

Sweet Veggie Smoothie
Makes 2-4 servings

Note: Use organic ingredients whenever possible.
1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
1 banana
1 avocado
2 cups fresh baby spinach – thoroughly washed
1/4 cup raw cashews (omit or substitute sunflower seeds if there is a nut allergy)
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 cup coconut water
1 cup water
handful of ice

Blend all ingredients until smooth and enjoy!
