Spring is just around the corner, and I’m thinking about popsicles! This strawberry watermelon popsicle recipe is so unbelievably delicious and super easy to make. It’s the perfect spring and summer treat for babies 12 months and up, toddlers, big kids and grown-ups too!
Strawberry Watermelon Popsicles
(makes about 5 popsicles)
Note: Use organic ingredients whenever possible.
2 cups of chopped watermelon
8 strawberries—washed, green tops removed
banana slices—1 slice for each popsicle mold
wood popsicle sticks
Put a banana slice into each jar or popsicle mold, and place a popsicle stick into each banana slice.
Put the watermelon and strawberries into a blender or food processor and blend until totally smooth. Pour evenly into jars and place into the freezer for 4 hours or overnight. When it’s time to serve, just run the jar or mold under warm water for a few seconds to release the popsicle, and enjoy!
