This Beautiful Jewelry will Help You Take Charge of Your Health—Enter to Win!

Before I had kids, the highlight of my week was my Tuesday night yoga class. I’d leave work a few minutes early to head over to the studio, and after an hour and 15 minutes of heated vinyasa flow, I’d feel totally refreshed from the inside out. My husband knew—even without telling him—that Tuesday nights were absolutely sacred. So sacred, in fact, that I kept going throughout my first pregnancy, showing up for my last class at 40 weeks. Then my daughter was born the following Tuesday, and just like that, I let my one magical night slip away.

Motherhood comes with a lot of shifting priorities, commitments and distractions. It’s so easy to become so caught up in caring for your baby that you forget to take care of yourself. My husband and I recently decided to recommit to staying active, and while going to the gym together (sans kids) will never quite live up to my beloved Tuesday night yoga class, I’m grateful to have him for motivation because I believe that’s the key. Bellabeat creates technology for women that is both innovative and beautiful, and their latest product reveal is an amazing piece of jewelry that’s equal parts best friend and health coach, providing you with all the encouragement you need to take charge of your health. One Project Nursery reader will win the LEAF system from Bellabeat (a $119 value).

LEAF from Bellabeat

LEAF from Bellabeat

Designed with nature as the inspiration, the LEAF is Bellabeat’s latest innovation in health tracking technology. It monitors activity, sleep, stress and monthly cycles through the LEAF app, and the best part is that all of that technology is hidden inside a stylish piece of jewelry that will quickly become your favorite accessory.

When you’re wearing the LEAF, you’ll be able to see trends and patterns in your daily life via the LEAF app. You’ll receive notifications throughout the day telling you to get moving or slow down based on your activity level, and it even reminds you to do other things that will benefit your health, like getting more sleep—and if you’re a mama of a baby and a toddler like me, you’re probably giggling right now too. Plus, the LEAF helps you to track your monthly cycle, and you can easily see how it affects your daily activity level in the app.

The jewelry that you wear is such a personal choice, and Bellabeat kept that in mind when they were creating the LEAF. If you take your jewelry off when you’re working out, you can clip it to your top or pants. And when you’re putting together your outfit for the day, you can choose to wear the LEAF as a necklace or a bracelet, either with your own jewelry or with the included silver chain necklace or leather wrap bracelet. I love that Bellabeat has given you the ability to mix it up, don’t you?

Just turned 29 yesterday, would really like to get into better shape and live a healthier lifestyle, especially since I’m done having kids (my youngest, and #6, is 8½ months) and I plan to marry their dad later this year. :D This would definitely help with that, I think. Looks awesome, I love leaves, and natural themes mixed with silver and technology; Perfect match! [fingers crossed] Thanks for the info and opportunity!
