Healthy Chocolate Pudding Recipe

Chocolate pudding is a staple treat in many households and a definite favorite in mine. Most pudding available in stores is over-processed and full of artificial ingredients. This healthy chocolate pudding recipe is super delicious, takes less than five minutes to make and is loaded with nutrients. Your kids will have no idea that they’re chowing down on avocado!

This recipe is suitable for babies 12 months and up, toddlers, big kids and adults.

Healthy Chocolate Pudding
(makes 4 servings)
Note: Use organic ingredients whenever possible.
2 ripe avocados—halved lengthwise with pits removed
1 banana
4 tablespoons of cacao powder (no sugar added)
3 tablespoons of honey (substitute agave, if desired)
raspberries for garnish (optional)

Scoop the avocado out of the skin with a spoon, and place it into a blender or food processor along with the other ingredients. Blend until smooth. Add a little extra honey for more sweetness, if desired. Garnish with raspberries (optional).

This chocolate pudding will stay fresh in an airtight container for up to three days in the refrigerator.

Enjoy!
