I love that you can mix and match wall decor to suit your style by adding a theme element into a room with a simplicity in the design that is timeless and will grow with your child.
What’s your signature product or design element?
Our signature would have to be our two-tone color designs. We add our theme element with a silhouette shape on everything we make to keep it simple, elegant, modern and fun for nurseries and kids’ rooms. This includes our growth charts, wood signs, wall hooks, decals, wood letters and art prints.
Do you have any decorating tips for nurseries and kids’ rooms?
Define your style. Is it classic, modern, vintage old world charm or eclectic?
Choose your color palette with fabrics and paint. Do you prefer neutral soft colors, modern or sporty boy colors or sweet, soft or bright colors for girls?
Plan your space. Organize, keep function and uses in mind and plan your zones with furniture, storage and essentials to suit the function of the room.
Personalize your space. It’s time to decorate the walls with finishing touches—create a space that feels like you.
Where do you find inspiration?
Moms have the best ideas. When one mom pitches an idea, it usually means another mom is looking for it too. They know what they want, but they can’t always envision what it will look like, and that’s where my passion for design comes alive. I love combining themes, coordinating colors and making decor for nurseries and kids’ rooms. I find inspiration in the simplicity of shapes and designs, and I believe every child deserves a beautiful space to call his or her own, whether big or small. There is something inspiring about making decor and knowing that it’s going into a space in which a child will grow, sleep and dream.
