A common question I get as a designer is about creating a shared space for a new baby joining an older sibling. The space you create does not have to scream baby and can be a design that will grow with both kids. I am loving this preppy combo of kelly green, hot pink and an unexpected accent of a grayish lavender. Bold patterns, natural wood tones mixed with fresh whites and botanical prints make this such a sweet combo.

So this is called kelly green! I didn’t know it’s what this particular shade of green is called. Thanks!

I like the combination of pink and green, but different shades of pink and green. The sort that gives the watermelon effect. That shade of green that looks more fresh, more into the light green side, and that shade of pink that’s more into the fuschia side.
