Design Reveal: Ahoy Baby!

We are blown away by this breezy, casual nursery with nautical flare created by our friends at Little Crown Interiors. Gerri and Naomi are pros when it comes to translating a theme into a first class kids room.  Their use of wainscoting and a bright blue color palette stirs up emotions of the Cape Cod beach house I have yet to own. And with summer officially behind us, what better way to enjoy an endless summer while rocking baby to sleep!

Child’s name: Baby Boy
Age: Infant
Location: Southern California

What was your inspiration for the room?
This room was designed with a nautical theme.  The homeowner asked for bright, fresh colors and under-the-sea inspired artwork.

What best describes your decorating style?
This particular nursery is very casual, bright and uplifting, with nautical accents.

Please share with us your choice of paint colors, furniture, art, diy tips, etc.

What a great looking nautical nursery. The color scheme is perfect and I too love the toy box. Our signal flags are hung in a lot of nurseries with the child's name spelled out in signal flags.
