Modern bedroom

When Leo transitioned out of the crib, I knew I wanted to re-do his nursery into a fun new theme. I was really into mint, and geo type designs, which is how is mountain wall came to life.
I also knew I had to have IKEA’s Kura bed, to help his transition out of the crib go as smoothly as possible. I painted it all white, and has been a hit with Leo. He feels secure in it, and can’t really fall out, since his mattress is on the ground.

This is a shared bedroom for two boys.  Their mom (our very own Gerri) wanted something that would carryover nicely from their nursery with some added “big boy” elements.
