My husband and I had a great time designing this nerdy nursery for our soon-to-arrive little girl. With Star Wars, Doctor Who, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Star Trek, Ghostbusters, Firefly, Harry Potter, Wonder Woman, Robot, Dragon, Marvel, Monster, Dog, Lego, and Dinosaur details, we infused this room with as much of ourselves as we possibly could, while keeping it modern and classic.
We are so in love with this space and hopefully it will be a room that can grow with our little girl.

My inspiration was a piece of artwork that was a wave made out of stars and another piece of children’s art called “where the ocean meets the sky”. I wanted to incorporate stars and the sea in the nursery and these pieces of art helped my vision come to life! I had a vendor on Etsy make me a sign that said “where the ocean meets the sky I’ll be Sailing”. Little by little I added designs of the sea and the sky

I celebrated Halloween with some adults and a toddler, but thought lots of the ideas could also be used for a children’s halloween party!

I started working on my daughters 2nd Birthday shortly after I had finished her first ;) Since she was born we have casually called her our little poodle so I knew that we had to do a poodle theme for her second birthday party.

I wanted a sophisticated nursery for my son that still had a theme and something he could grow with.

Our clients are in love with their labradoodle…. their first baby! We wanted to incorporate her into the room and make sure she was included. Every detail was thought through  with the expecting couple in mind. We wanted to make their little one feel comfortable in an environment that reflected his parents.

This nursery is for my son Levi and it was so much fun to plan and decorate this special room for him!

We wanted a unique way to announce our pregnancy to our family and friends. We decided to use our first child, the furry child, the dog.

Parker’s first word was “doggie” so I knew I wanted to throw him a puppy themed party. Everything available to purchase for a puppy party was not my style so I decided to make my own decorations and food. With a little help from Pinterest I planned a puppy themed party that was modern and tasteful.

My husband just had to have a blue room for our first born–a boy!  I wanted something that was not theme-specific and that could grow with Liam through the years.

This puppy dog nursery was centered around a feature wall with coordinating stripes.  The colors were found in a piece of scrapbook paper and used throughout the room.

Our four legged family memeber Bella inspired all the puppy items in the room.
