Tickled pink about designing a nursery for a baby girl?  Searching for inspiration for a pink and gray nursery?  This adorably sweet room for baby Lexi may be just the inspiration you need!  We are completely smitten with this simple but darling nursery (and baby Lexi too!).

Pink nurseries were for a while thought to be old fashioned, but now pink, in all different shades, has made a major come back in baby girl rooms.  Pink is as popular as ever in a variety of looks including vintage, farmhouse, classic and glamorous.

Beautiful nursery bedding is a great place to start when looking for baby girl nursery decorating ideas.  Lexi’s mom, Traci, choose pink and white custom crib bedding including a pink and white crib rail cover and crib skirt.  The scalloped crib rail cover and tailored crib skirt are both accented with a pink ruffle.  She highlighted the crib rail cover with a soft pink monogram.  A monogram with initials or baby’s name adds a sweet personal touch to the baby bedding.  An embroidered white nursery pillow is accented with a pink ruffle and embroidery .

The soft gray walls are the perfect backdrop for the white sleigh style crib, ruffled pink nursery curtains and a classic gray and white glider.  Coordinating ottoman is the perfect resting place for mama’s tired feet!  A floral crib sheet adds pattern and ties in all of the pink and gray accents in the room.

The large window lets in an abundance of light which brightens up the room and softens up the space.  Floating white shelves pop against the gray walls, and are the perfect spot for picture frames, books and keepsakes.  A fluffy white area rug adds texture, and creates a comfy play spot.  A small touch of gold adds a bit of glam with the gold polka dot pillow and gold wall accents.   A small white storage unit helps to keep the nursery neat by organizing books and more.  A delightful gallery above the bookshelf unit anchors this space of the room and perks up the walls.  For additional lighting in the room, the pink and gold table lamp adds a modern flair.  The wall vases filled with colorful flowers adds a delicate finishing touch.

This sweet nursery was designed by Nicole Blattner for her baby girl, Everly.  We can’t seem to decide on our favorite part of the room, but the gold name plaque and assorted wall flowers are stunning, and are a perfect focal point for the nursery.  Featured on the simple white crib is our Pink & Gold Baby Bedding Collection, a popular crib set for a baby girl’s nursery.  The gold polka dot crib sheet and 3 layered crib skirt gives the nursery bedding a feminine feel.  The white crib rail cover is accented with pink ruffle, gold ties, and monogrammed with Everly’s initials.  Because the front crib rail is wider than most, we customized the rail cover to fit by making it slightly wider.  The sweet corner shelves are perfect for mementos and keepsakes.  We made the custom pink and gold curtains to Nicole’s specifications with gold polka dot panels trimmed with layers of pink ruffles.
