Sweet Child Designs
We wanted a calm, soft space with some old and new elements mixed in. The room features some vintage blankets, hints of metallics, retro starburst mirrors, and lots of fluffy white and sheepskin!
We celebrated Elizabeth’s First Birthday with a “You are my Sunshine” theme! Lots of hot pink, yellow, and orange to celebrate her late July special day.
Very girly, cute, and pink baby girl nursery!
I’m so excited to share this sweet aqua and lavender baby shower I recently coordinated. My girlfriend who hosted the shower came up with the sweetest vision and it was so much fun bringing it all to life! Her house is absolutely gorgeous and complimented the theme perfectly. Im still swooning over all of the touches of burlap, lace and pearls.
This bright and welcoming nursery was designed for a little girl. Coral and mint accents adorn the details of this nursery.
We wanted to create a truly contemporary, gender neutral nursery, for our boy and girl twins due this August. We tried to amalgamate the masculine with the feminine; while still incorporating childhood fun and, we are very pleased with the result!
An elegant and classic nursery for a baby girl in peach and gold.
We wanted to create a vibrant room that can grow with Isla. We selected fabrics from Carousel Designs and paired them with white furniture pieces and an ivory glider and textured rug.
After moving into our new home, it was time to put together the perfect room for my little ladies.
Ainslea’s first birthday bash was full of whimsy with hints of Spring. We kept things simple by having a family get together, serving a buffet lunch, mimosas and of course, birthday cake! I made/collected all of the decorations myself and actually reused a lot of items that we had in our home already, or had used for other occasions (like our wedding!). Ainslea’s nursery is decorated with tones of peach and ivory, so we stuck with that theme for her party and added some flair with touches of gold.
A teepee tent that can be used to read books, listen to music or to hide away with her friends.
The mural is filled with wildflowers, butterflies and dragonflies. The wall is bejeweled with rhinestones and Swarovski crystals. Her ceiling has hues of lavender painted into the clouds. For her accent wall, she requested a bunny in a basket. She got 2 bunnies. She named the them Cocoa and Fudgie.
I designed this nursery especially for my daughter, Charlotte. Perhaps best described as tropical, exotic, and colorful, I filled it with elements I believe reflect adventure, curiosity, and beauty – three things I’m sure will come to describe her, too.
Screenprinted pillows to make your house your child’s home.
Girly nursery with pink details. Focal point is the butterfly dandelion. I didnt want the room to be too pink thats why I decided for a white scheme with pink accents
We wanted a calming and cheery elephant nursery for our first daughter. We knew we wanted green walls, regardless of gender and ended up with a great color called Van Allen Green. Then we accented with pinks and purples once we found out the gender of our baby (a girl).
