ONE Happy Camper

We wanted to give my sweet boy the best first birthday for making us have the best year of our lives! When searching for themes, I felt like I was seeing the same ideas and themes over and over, and definitely less ideas for boys! When finally stumping upon the camping theme I was left in the dark with very few ideas to go off of. I whipped up these details with the help of my mom and would love to share with you the day Rayden was ONE Happy Camper !

Winter Onederland 1st Birthday Party

We had an absolute blast celebrating Emerson’s 1st birthday. So much so that our friends are still talking about this Mimosa bar inspired 1st birthday brunch during the wintery holiday season. It was a fun escape for us, our friends and their families. What’s missing from the photos? The 30 kids under 6 in my home all at once ;) Hoping this peach, blush pink and gold 1st birthday theme inspires others planning their special celebration!

Sebastian’s North Pole Birthday Brunch

Twas the night before December, and all through the house, not a creature was stirring, except for two very excited expecting parents!
With our son being born bright and early the First of December, 2014, it seemed only fitting that his first birthday party would kickstart this year’s holiday festivities.  A spin on the traditional ONE-derland theme, Sebastian’s North Pole Birthday Breakfast had just the right splash of sparkle and tinsel, polar bears and penguins, and of course songs and snow!  After all, there is sNOw sweeter age than ONE!

Sweet Carolyne’s 1st Birthday Party

We wanted to have a beautiful, fun party to celebrate our sweet Carolyne turning 1! Our “theme” was “Sweet Carolyne” (like the Neil Diamond song) and included a dessert table with nothing but “sweets.” We used different shades of pink and coral, along with gold and glitter accents. Most everything was DIY by mommy!
Since the party was at 10 am, we had a breakfast bar with some brunch favorites – mini pancake stacks, sausage balls, chicken salad on croissants, mini blueberry muffins, and a yogurt bar!

Somewhere Over the Rainbow First Birthday Party

My daughter’s first birthday party was very special event for us. Even though she might not remember her first birthday events in the longer run but I wanted to make it a beautiful memory for the whole family.
When I started thinking about themes, all those ‘girlie’ themes started flying in through imagination. Finally, I chose- Rainbow Theme, and that fitted very well. The arrival of our daughter has brought so many colors into our family, and I could not think of any better theme than a rainbow first birthday party.

Vivienne’s Springtime 1st Birthday Bash

A first birthday party is really a party for the parents! The baby has no idea what is going on and through pictures and videos she will see all the hard work and love we put into her party! I love the month of April! It’s the beginning of spring! New changes and warmer weather! I wanted to have an outdoor garden party with all of our friends to celebrate our beautiful baby girl in an adult way. With bright pinks and mint green and gold I think I created a beautiful outdoor party for every age!

Camp Damon 1st Birthday Party

I knew I wanted this theme way before I had my son!  I thought it would be a fun theme for my guests, both kids and adults, to enjoy and who wouldn’t like camping?!
Almost all of the details were DIY.  My friend made most of the desserts, my husband made all the food, and I made everything else, like our costumes and road signs.  Everyone enjoyed themselves to s’mores and gourmet hot chocolate.  We invited my daughter’s music therapist to sing songs for all the children there.  For the adults, I had set up a station where they could take instagram photos and then those pictures would get printed instantly!  For party favors, kids were given hobo style bandanas on a stick filled with goodies and treats.
