Long Live Boyhood Nursery

I wanted to create a space that will grow with my son through many stages of life, not just the baby stage. We used a hand-me-down crib that was gifted to us by family, shelves were made by his grandpa, initial canvas was a DIY project by me, dresser was a clearance find at a local furniture store, mirror is from HomeGoods, rug is from RugsUSA, and glider is from target. I feel like we delivered a room that he will love for years to come!

Space Nursery

Space and space exploration have a special place in both my and my husband’s hearts. Our wish was to share that with our child as soon as he enters the world and what better way to do it than to bring space into his nursery.
This is a DIY project, with the wallpaper and knot pillows sourced from Etsy, the furtniture set from Little Guy Comfort, the shelving and rug from Crate Kids and the handwoven rug from Love44. The glider is from Babyletto. The wall hanger is from West Elm. The window treatment is from the Shade Store. The wall, ceiling and trim paint is from Clare.
The nursery is the perfect space for our son – both are a labor of love and dedication towards building a thriving and loving family together.

Southwest Moon Nursery

I was able to build almost everything in this nursery myself for our rainbow baby boy. My inspiration came from living in the southwest while also being fascinated with the moon.

Neutral Baby Girl Nursery

I knew I wanted a neutral nursery with pops of muted colors here and there, that way it could easily be altered to fit her personality and interest as she grows.
I started with picking the white color for the wall and then picked the rug which is from Boutique rugs. I wanted to make sure I got something soft that would not be rough on her little body. Start with the bigger items first then move to smaller accent pieces. The crib came next purchased through project nursery, I stayed with a natural wood color so that it could be used for future babies! After the crib I picked the cream piper chair to match. Her dresser was a rattan thrift find that we repurposed and painted white. I suggest a dresser with many large drawers. After that I picked pieces such as the light fixture, end table, mirror and laundry basket all in rattan, natural wood colors.
her scent colors are dusty rose, blush pink and green.

Neutral Arctic Nursery

My partner is a big fan of the Arctic and wanted to incorporate Arctic animals into the nursery. I wanted to keep things more neutral and mid century to to stay in line with the rest of our home. I think we really did a great job of keeping the neutral arctic vibe for our little guy’s nursery.
