The coral and gray make the room feel modern. The white furniture is very classic. The personal touches add whimsy.
My inspiration was the color scheme and paint stripes.
My decorating style is traditional with some modern elements.

Plan ahead and make it personal. You don't need a theme to start your nursery, just an idea and then let it fall into place. This project was four months in the making and there are still things we are adding (my mom is currently refinishing a nightstand for next to the rocker, making a bench seat for the toy bench, and creating a mobile). Make sure your husband is willing to paint stripes and build lots of furniture! I couldn't have finished the room without him. We are both very proud of this project and can't wait to enjoy it every day with our daughter!
Really love this room!

I love the paint and want to replicate it. What are the thicknesses of the white and the coral lines? Also how high from the floor did you start painting the lines?
How thick are each of the stripes? How far down from the ceiling did you start?
