Description
Design a nursery that can grow with her while staying true to our style
Design Inspiration
We wanted a vintage, versatile room that has character. Before we knew she was a girl, we had a handmade vintage swallow crib skirt sewn, as well as the robin egg blue Jenny Lind crib purchased.
Decorating Style
Vintage glam with hints of canine

Favorite Items
The doxie lamp from Allmodern.com. It gives off a soft glow, perfect for late night diaper changes. It also reminds us of our recently passed doxie, Simon.
Advice
Don't be afraid to go "outside the box" and stray away from retail store. Using pieces that we love brings love to the room, which you can't buy

I love that teal cart from Ikea! Too bad it’s way overpriced here in Canada. In the US it’s $29.99, but here in Canada it’s listed at $69.99!! With today’s exchange rate it should be around $41 plus tax… but $70?? I was so excited when I saw this cart, but I couldn’t spend that much on a cart for a kids room. May have to make a trip to the states afterall, even with the terrible exchange rate! lol
