Starry Nursery for a Much Awaited Baby Boy!

Description

A soft and modern starry nursery for a baby boy.

Design Inspiration

I saw a picture of a dark blue and silver star feature wall on Pinterest, and the rest just came from there. I wanted the nursery to be soft, practical and incorporating elements that mean a lot to us personally, as well as beautiful! The teddy's on the shelves above the chair belonged to my parents as babies, and the 'always look on the bright side of life' print reminds me of my grandfather who passed away last year. The little frog rattle is a nod to my husband, whose nickname as a child was Froggy!

Decorating Style

I'm quite eclectic in my tastes, and I just find different pieces that I like and somehow fit them together. I do like a lot of neutral, soft colours and I like to play with different textures.

Favorite Items

The sliver pouffe is my favourite - I love that it adds a little bit of sparkle and it is so comfy to rest my tired, swollen feet on!
