How can I find out what colors he used for the nursery ? I would really like to attempt this myself.

I am trying to determine these colors for my grandsons nursery. Can you tell me what colors you used. I have tried with the picture but have not been able to match the colors. I only gave a couple of months to get this done. I could really use your help
