Description
I wanted a vintage look with a modern flair to it, and I wanted to do it within a certain budget. I love vintage furniture and like to repurpose it to make it look totally different. All the furniture in the room was repurposed, except for the chair. None of the accessories at retail price and was at least 20% off, but most was at least 40% off.
Design Inspiration
Chevron and turquoise! I also built the room around my cloth diaper stash and the storage cabinet. I wanted to showcase how pretty they were!
Decorating Style
Vintage, retro, with a splash of modern
Favorite Items
My favorite item is the vintage pie safe that my husband painted and that holds my cloth diapers.

I love the sheet and dust ruffles!!!! Where did you buy them, or get the fabric? I’m just in love with your sheet fabric.
These are vintage antique pieces that we already had. We painted them white.
We got it at Lowes. It is Olympic A58-4 Caruso.
I love the white furniture piece, where did you purchase.
Do you know the paint color name? I love the room!
Thank you! I had it custom made after I picked out the fabrics. I used Alexander Henry Larkspur bright birds and the bright dots that coordinated. I then chose the chose Premier fabrics chevron since one of the birds has a chevron pattern in the wings.
