Scarlett’s Gray and Pink Nursery

Description

We went a little overboard with the pink, gray, white and elephant theme, but we absolutely love how the nursery came out.

Design Inspiration

I originally saw a room on this website called Tiny Budget In A Tiny Room For A Princess.  I loved how white the room was, how simple and clean it was.

Decorating Style

Pottery Barn Kids.  Clean, simple, girly.

Project Details

I did 2 DIY projects, both glass frames - one with a collage of my favorite cards I'd been sent, and another one with our birth record & birth announcement surrounded by ribbons and fun girly pieces from different cards I'd received (for instance one card I received had a little girl dress on it - I cut the dress out & stuck it on the board).  Also, we've gotten so many adorable SHOES as gifts.  Knowing little babies, she will never actually wear these shoes, so we got the idea to just display them.  I love how they look and I'm not sure I even want to take any of them down for her to wear!
