Description
Parker's first word was "doggie" so I knew I wanted to throw him a puppy themed party. Everything available to purchase for a puppy party was not my style so I decided to make my own decorations and food. With a little help from Pinterest I planned a puppy themed party that was modern and tasteful.
Design Inspiration
I used various different projects and photos from around the internet. I stuck with red and brown as my main colors.
Decorating Style
Modern and fun

Favorite Items
I love the ONE sign - it was super simple to make (probably about an hour) and it was such a great way to tie together everything on cake table and emphasize that this was a first birthday party.
Advice
Just have fun and be creative! Also plan ahead if you're going to DIY, the freezer is your friend.
I am so impressed with all of your DIY details from this party! It is soooo cute! Did you sew the banner? I wish I could sew! I can’t even pick a favorite thing because I love it all, but the “pup you up” station might be it! You did such a wonderful job!
Congratulations on being one of our favorite projects of the week!
