Marin’s Big Girl Room
I wanted to design a space to transition her into her big girl room since her brother was on his way. I wanted to capture her little personality with bright colors and fun sayings.

This is our sweet Baby Boy’s aqua, gray and white nursery. My husband and I had so much fun putting everything together. We hope he loves it as much as we do.
A nursery for our daughter
When Easton told me he wanted an angry bird party, I honestly cringed… haha, im not huge character party fan but I actually had a lot of fun with this and he LOVED it so it was totally worth it
I helped design this party with my business partner for her little girls 2nd Birthday.
It’s a girl! Dawn and Brian’s family hosted a baby shower for all of their Massachusetts family and friends and wanted Sugar & Bow’s assistance for the party planning. We thought long and hard (about 30 seconds) and came up with an Owl and Chevron theme that we thought fit the parents-to-be perfectly. All of the guests were asked to bring along an unwrapped onesie to hang on the clothesline. At the end of the night Dawn and Brian picked their favorite onesie and the winner received a wine themed S&B basket. This amazing basket included a bottle of wine, Rosemary Wine Crackers, Cheese Straws, a heart shaped cutting board, two wine glasses, and a package of gold napkins. The dessert buffet included mini chocolate chip cupcakes with buttercream frosting and topped of with chocolate shavings, mini apple cider cake donuts, and an chocolate chip cake. At the end of the night each guest was asked to take a small purple chevron bag with an elephant (the theme of the nursery) sugar cookie.
This is a small, simple, safari inspired, and budget friendly nursery that I made for my baby boy. I did everything myself. The nursery is almost done, it needs only a nice rug, and the ruffles under the crib. But I confess, at this point, the weight of the belly makes me easily tired. I made this with my baby boy in mind, so I tried to think about everything that a little boy would enjoy. I wanted to explore numbers, letters, colors, and animals as educational items for the nursery. I hope you enjoy.
I wanted to do a Carousel themed party for my daughter since she loves riding the carousel.
nursery for the son we are in the process of adopting
This is our nursery for our baby girl Quincy who is due on November 30th.
I wanted to create a happy nursery for my little man. I chose items that made me smile – the mobile, the expressions on the pull toys, stuffed animals and etsy prints.
A simple, fun, colorful polka dot baby shower
I wanted to make Abram a little gentleman’s room that he could grow up in and transition into a toddler’s room. I was trying to achieve a distinguished, scholarly look, while also keeping it playful and bright.
A twin nursery that is soothing for both babies and mom!
Shared baby and toddler bedroom for my two boys to grow into.
I wanted to create a soft, elegant room for my daughter. I knew I was going to be on a tight budget because I was going to be quitting my job to stay at home with her after she was born. Most of the items were hand-me-downs and thrift store items I refinished to make my own.
Pam and Melisa began Project Nursery with the intention of helping new moms realize that even a hectic life with a new baby can be well-designed. Now that we, and our babies, have all grown up together, we are excited to announce the launch of our new channel, Project Junior! We want to see all the ways in which you are keeping your big kids’ rooms, playrooms, family rooms, etc. well-designed. Upload your photos and videos and join in on the conversation!
Peaceful Peter Rabbit Nursery
After having three boys I was BEYOND excited to design a nursery for my little girl, but I still didn’t want to go over the top frou frou. The rest of our house is a nice mix of modern and classic so I wanted to make sure the room would flow while at the same time providing Annabel (and me!) with one place that was undeniably feminine. What started out as a purely modern project morphed slightly into a mix between mid-century modern and 60’s Boudoir style, and I absolutely love the way it turned out.
