Aiden and Mia’s Shared Room
I’ve been working on this room since Aiden was born. We painted it blue and a year and a half later learned we were expecting a girl! We switched up the crib bedding and added some art and we’re almost done!

A fun and modern mix of estate sale finds, DIY projects, and chic furnishings.
I wanted a colorful, whimsical, fun birthday for my baby’s first birthday!
Initially this nursery was very neutral since we did not find out the sex of our baby, but once we met our sweet tiny boy, I immediately decided that he needed a masculine nursery. I added touches of blue and grays to the existing neutral color palette.
With babe #4 on the way, I needed to pair up two of my daughters! I wanted something fun, cheery, bright, and inviting.
I wanted to create a warm and inviting room for Katelyn that would fit each stage of her growing up, from infant to child. It brings me such joy spending time in here with my baby girl!
Grey and yellow nursery with bright pink accents. The theme is elephants and incorporated different geometric patterns and a hand painted chevron wall.
Living on a military base we were left with limited decorating options. Not being able to paint was the hardest so I chose a theme, The Lion King. I used as many colorful decorations as possible including decor from my baby shower.
The afternoon was an elegant, modern baby shower using soft hues of blue and gray and to appeal to all attendees with the use of storybook themes and details. Guests enjoyed the interactive centerpieces and the food names with storybook / nursery rhyme themes.
We started Nicholas room when I was 7 months pregnant with him. All we knew then was that I wanted a nursery with stripes. The room required a lot of work. We had four drywalls which required sealed and prime. My husband did all the manual labor. I was busy going thru the millions on pins on pinterest trying to find inspirations/ideas and making them my own and unique. The project took us about 2 months to complete.
I wanted a nursery for our baby girl that would be largely gender neutral. Neither my husband nor I care for pink very much, and we figured as long as she doesn’t care, and we’ll be the ones spending a ton of time in the room looking around, it might as well look how we want it to! She’ll be into pink soon enough, despite our best efforts, we’re told! In the meantime, no girlie-girls here!
I used a mint green and light yellow color palette and kept with a hot air balloon / clouds theme. The nursery was designed for my first son and I wanted to stay away from blue, use light, cool colors and make it an enjoyable space.
Used pastel colors and bird accents to design our baby girl’s nursery.
A modern nautical nursery for our sweet baby boy, Mason!
We decided to keep the gender of our Christmas baby a surprise so we had to come up with a gender neutral design.
We wanted to create a pretty and practical space that we would enjoy at any time of the day!
The brief for this was to create a colourful, fun & modern space that would grow with the bub.
Being my first child’s nursery I always knew I wanted it to be super special and over the top. When I found out we were having a girl I began the hunt for the perfect color scheme. My best friend Jessica is an amazing designer and together we came up with the color scheme which started as Navy and Coral and kind of expanded from there. This project is all the works of my super crafty/creative friend Jessica. Through her ideas , the handy craft of her and my husband, and lots of decision making, we wound up with the nursery of my dreams. It’s much more beautiful than anything I could have dreamed of.
We wanted to have a modern nursery while still having a playful theme. We made the curtains, bedding, and pillow and bought a few things from etsy.
