Hello!Welcomer to our Outdoor-Inspired Baby Shower! This event is full of DIY details! The new Parents are big adventurers and love nature, hiking, and camping so the theme fit perfectly with their family. We were inspired by watercolor woodland creatures, natural colors and elements, such as wood and greenery. The DIY details include the onesies, table garland, gift tent, cake topper, and all the signs. Such a labor of love!
A Sunday afternoon in August called for cold refreshments and light food that included fruit, fresh vegetables, spinach dip and hummus, peach iced tea and strawberry lemonade. We had a few activities that included Outdoor Trivia, How well do you know the Momma Bear?, and an Animal Gestation quiz. We set up a gift tent, trail mix bar for a take-home favor and ended the day with delicious carrot cake and fresh doughnuts.
It was a wonderful afternoon filled with love and excitement for the coming of Baby Lincoln.
