We wanted to create a fun nursery for our son. I wanted it to be bright and cheery. I did not want to follow a theme, but more colors. I wanted the colors to be something he could keep for a long time. I thought the stripes on one wall would help the room not look so much like a box and they are stimulating for a baby. He lays on his changing pad and coos at them everyday!!
Bright colors and animals! I knew I did not want pastel colors but very bright colors with an animal as an accent in the room. Once I found the bedding with elephants and very bright colors I used that.

I love the green and white stripes! The room is really little with one window and they really help to brighten the room. Nolan loves them as well!
Take your time finding everything for the room. People will get your things and you will find great items where your least expect it that will be perfect for your nursery!!
Love the bedding and the elephant mobile. The elephant lamp is hard to miss, too.
The elephant and bird rug is adorable. And I like the green stripes on the wall.
