Navy, Lavender and Mint Baby Girl Nursery

Description

Baby girl's navy and white nursery with lavender and mint accents

Design Inspiration

I knew I wanted a navy and white nursery, with fun accent colors. I'm not a pink person, and wanted something different for our baby girl. I incorporated splashes of lavender and mint to brighten up the room. I love how it turned out!

My mom made the quilt, which fits her nursery perfectly and is so special to me.

The pom poms over the crib add a great pop of color and Baby Girl has just started noticing them and loves to lay in her crib and stare at them!

Advice

Don't be afraid to mix patterns. I love a clean look and was worried that there would be too many patterns, but I love how it turned out.

If you are looking for a gray paint color, I highly recommend priming your wall BEFORE putting up samples. The primer made a huge difference in how the gray looked. We originally ruled out this color, but after the primer, it was perfect.
