This year for Mother's Day we wanted to feature something soft and sweet. The color palette was mint, white, lilac and greenery - which a "farmhouse" twist. I was super excited to contact Meaghan from Davis Paperie, and have her collaborate on the project with her beautiful invite design. We discussed the colors and the overall vibe we were going for with the theme and she produced the beautiful art that became our invite for guests. These Mint Scallop dinner plates were a perfect compliment to our "farmhouse" decor, in addition to our mint straws. For the flowers, I wanted to ensure that we found the right colors to tie the theme all into together. I was lucky to find these lilac colored roses! Did you know those existed? Also, a classic white flower was chosen to not over power the rest of the bouquet. We have used this theme in several other soirée's throughout spring and now summer! Baby showers, birthdays, bridal showers and other celebrations have evolved from this design. Such a pretty and simple color concept that has a striking look. Party supplies can be found in our online shop + contact Meaghan today for all your invitation needs!
