Description

a birthday party for a 14 year old girl. this party was VERY simple in theme. it mostly focused on the dessert table. what girl doesn't love her treats?! ENJOY!

her room is bright & fun & makes you want to smile.

complete with stations for everything from paper crafting to sewing. she inspires me & i inspire her. together we think crazy thoughts.

Project Details

fabric is my best friend. its often a cheap way to really vamp up a room, party, decor, etc. the possibilities are endless.

also think outside the box. it almost always pans out for me.

my vintage cake plates & trays.

also the bright blue lollipops! they are made of marshmallows & white chocolate. SUPER fun. & of course, who doesnt love cotton candy, especially when its shaped as a cupcake...

Advice

listen to what the guest of honor would prefer & really find your inspiration in that. This HUGE group of teen girls are still talking about this party, just last week. I run into random people around town & always get asked for advice, help, etc. it is an amazing feeling that i could work with my niece & sister in law & make the day SO special!
