Description
I wanted to create a modern space that was light and airy, non cluttered, yet made a statement. As this nursery was for our baby boy, I also wanted to incorporate a touch of sports into the room without it directly being themed "sports". By choosing a neutral color palette of grays & whites and popping it with an emerald green, the colors seemed to create a comfortable and contemporary space.
Design Inspiration
The room really came together around the statement rug centered in the space. By choosing the bold pattern with unique emerald green, I began to form the concept of a modern sports room. We are also graduates of Baylor University, so the green just came natural ;)

Aw, I went to BU and love that Coach Briles signed a football for Jett. So cool. Love the room too. Looking for inspiration for my 2nd boy’s nursery.
