Description
I wanted the nursery to be eclectic by mixing bold colours and furniture with elements of softness to get the perfect mix of fun for a new born baby's room
Design Inspiration
When I was pregnant I must have gone on the Project Nursery website at least once a day. I loved so many things I saw from the different rooms posted. I decided to take all the elements that inspired me from the different rooms and mix them together in my nursery
Decorating Style
If I loved something I bought it. I didn't want anything in the room to be too matchy matchy. I barely bought anything from the same company. If I loved it and needed to have it then I made it work for me. I didn't think too much about the perfect spot for each item

Favorite Items
I really love all of the items I chose for my nursery. If I have to pick one as my favourite it's the mickey and Minnie Mouse picture my mother painted for my daughter. It adds that special personal touch to the room and I know my daughter will keep it forever
Advice
Go with what you love and don't over think any one decisions. I started out knowing I wanted my walls to be pink and white and everything else just fell into place. I believe if you buy it because you love it then your room will always look great!
