Description

After having infertility challenges and finally becoming pregnant with her first baby through IVF, Elyse wanted to create a nursery space that channeled her creativity while providing a calming and inviting space to welcome home the sweet baby boy that she dreamed about for years. She enjoys filling her San Francisco home with high end items sourced on a discount and took that same energy into this nursery project. Elyse enjoys being in the outdoors and loves animals, so she chose a colorful safari theme for her son's bedroom. The way she designed it made it gender neutral for future siblings to utilize as well. She sourced the main furniture and rugs from Pottery Barn Kids and Pottery Barn Outlet, and the bookshelves and end table from Amazon. The statement wallpaper was sourced from Anewall which really brings the safari theme to life! She topped it off with some statement finds from Homegoods, Amazon, Anthropologie as well as custom paintings created by friends and family for a personalized charm.

Elyse thoroughly enjoyed this project and would love to help others create the nursery of their dreams without breaking the bank. Please contact her on instagram @elysecasey or via email [email protected]

She hopes you enjoy this project as much as she does!
