Description
My duahgter, Macy's cowgirl birhtday party, a pink and brown paisley theme.
Design Inspiration
The party was going to include horse rides for the girls, so I wanted a western/cowgirl theme. I used a bandana print as a starting point and designed all the printed products with a paisley/flower theme I drew. I also love light pink and chocolate brown together, so I used those colors. I went off from there with everything else.
Decorating Style
This is the first time I have designed a party like this from scratch. I like simple, clean designs.
Project Details
The tissue poms hanging from the tree are from PomLove. The cake pops are from Starbucks. The cake was from a local bakery, Xtra Special Cakes in Mount Vernon, WA. The chocolate covered oreas are from Sweeties by Kim. Macy's dress was from Lia Bug Boutique.
Favorite Items
The dessert display, because I used an old pottiong bench as the table. It turned out so perfect.
Advice
I made boxed lucnhes in gable boxes (an idea I saw on TomKat). Inside were sanwiches, chips, and apples. It was the easiest party food, and so cute!

Your party does seem to revolve around two themes. Nice! Brown and pink does look like a yummy color combo. And I like those cute little peanut butter and jelly sandwich boxes. The horseback riding seems like a real treat, too.
