Kids Candy Coated Christmas Party

Description

The children enjoyed decorating Christmas trees (ice cream cones) and cupcakes, writing letters to Santa, and indulging in hot chocolate and sweet treats. www.celebrationsathomeblog.com

Design Inspiration

Traditional holiday fun with a contemporary twist.

Decorating Style

Contemporary

Project Details

I created a centerpiece with white craft cones & candies.  I simply used a hot glue gun to attach the candies and added white cotton candy for a "snow" base.

Favorite Items

My favorite item was the personalized aprons I made using iron-on letters.

Advice

To create the snowman milk bottles, just reuse the frappuccino bottles - remove the label and run them through the dishwasher.

I think that letting the kids pretend and decorate ice cream cones was a touch of genius.  These are all brilliant!  Thanks for giving us these easy to do stuff.  I would definitely copy a lot of the stuff here for my own new year’s party :)
