I love interior design, DIY projects and all things baby!  However, I found myself getting frustrated with the “boxed” nursery choices that are out there, and I wanted a room that exuded calmness.  My daughter’s nursery was a budget-friendly challenge that I was excited to take on.  I knew I didn’t want to spend a fortune, but I wanted it to look high-end.  I splurged on the dresser at $600, bedding and curtains totaling $400, but everything else is either a DIY project, bargain find or re-purposed item.
