Kate’s Room

Description

This room evolved from the floral vintage curtains and twin set I had when I was a freshman in college! I wanted to reuse it because I loved all of the colors. I also had some Bella Notte pillows, and had purchased a crib skirt that matched ON SALE along time ago, so I worked around all of those items. Overall the room was done on a budget. Items were purchased at flea markets or on Ebay. (Bumper was $300 purchased on Ebay for $55)

Design Inspiration

Floral Bedding purchased over 10 years ago. (I actually saw it this month at Dillards in linen). Bella Notte bedding in Pistachio and Ocean.

The collage of pictures make the entire room look like it’s a very lovely patchwork. It’s so nice of you to still keep a 10-year-old floral bedding. This bedding will hopefully have lots of stories to tell. And hopefully your little girl will be able to keep it and pass it on to the next generations.

It’s a pretty sea of pastels and flowers in there. It’s so feminine. I love it.
