The Nursery was inspired by wanting to achieve a fun, bright, colorful and inviting room. At the same time, we also wanted the nursery to grow with baby so we created a playful reading nook and toy section.
When we decided to do my baby boy’s nursery (August of last year) the first thought was turquoise and lots and lots of other colors!!!.
We for the baby’s room way before I knew what the gender was. Around August of last year, we bought polka dot decals for the room because I was obsessed with it . The hubby and I put it up and it was…. love at first sight!!

I love all the colours and all the DIY and thought that went into making the nursery. My favourite thing about the nursery is that there is a continuity theme/feel to it; it’s not just a nursery.
