Description
When we found out we were having a boy, we both agreed that we did not want a traditional "baby room". We wanted the room to still match the rest of the house decor.
Design Inspiration
I found the retro car fabric to use on the bumpers. "Hudson" was an old car, how appropriate right?! We also wanted to represent the south. My husband was "born n' bred" here in Georgia. We started to find other things for the room and things just fell into place.
Decorating Style
Non-traditional, mixed prints, retro

Favorite Items
Houndstooth is my favorite print. I found the rug before we picked anything else in the room. My other favorite is the crib bedding because I made it.
Advice
Start with a neutral color palate to allow you the freedom to mix prints.
