Description
Mom and nursery designer, Christina Boschetti of Widell Designs, styled a rockstar modern nursery for her baby boy Hudson Sawyer. She incorporated a mix of modern items with a hint of vintage, creating the perfect nursery for the cutest little rockstar. The castle side table that you will see featured is a vintage toy shop display that was handed down to her son by her brother-in-law. They purchased it from the toy shop 25+ years ago and it is a statement piece displaying adorable toy animals.
Design Inspiration
My inspiration started with the diagonal striped wall. I wanted to put a twist on the classic stripe by making it bold using black and super wide stripes. Most people are scared to use black in the nursery whereas I was excited to see where it would take me! I figured whatever color I brought into the room later on would POP! My favorite part decorating the nursery was picking out all the counterparts piece by piece; either running to Homegoods once the new shipment came in to waiting patiently for that eBay sale to close! Everything just came together exactly how I envisioned it.
