I was so excited to start my daughter's whimsical nursery. After having 2 boys first , it felt that much more exciting! But it was harder than I thought ! I knew I wanted it feminine and girly, but I also wanted it unique and something that could grow with her.
I finally stumbled across a birds of a feather themed craft and that's where I found the inspiration for the mobile. It developed from there - I wanted whimsical with a touch of floral and romance, and of course PINK! ( I had waited a long time to finally be able to use pink in a room ;)
My decorating style is detail oriented, I love muted tones, timeless, yet unique.
